As the former Wallabies General Manager, Chris led off-field operations for the Wallabies in the international test match arena through to Rugby World Cup 2023.
Chris played a key role in leading high performance development at Rugby Australia and also with the Waratahs and the Western Force.
Working with coaches like Dave Rennie and Eddie Jones, Chris has played a key role in developing a new generation of Wallabies.

Chris advised the Japan Super Rugby Association (JSRA) and the Japan Rugby Football Union (JRFU), developing high-performance programmes for the Sunwolves and the Brave Blossoms (Japan's national team) contributing to their stellar Rugby World Cup campaign in 2019.
Chris provided direction on high-performance, operational structures, finance, and governance frameworks for both JSRA and JRFU.
Continuing his work in Japan, Chris advised Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo Rugby Club, contributing to their success as League One Champions in 2024.

As the peak national organisation managing the strategic direction of equestrian sport in Australia, Chris led Equestrian Australia’s elite high-performance programme in partnership with the Australian Institute of Sport and Sport Australia.
As an Olympic Team Leader and Chef de Mission for the Australian Equestrian Team, Chris guided his teams to multiple medals in Rio, Tokyo, and Paris.
With riders and horses competing globally across seven disciplines, Chris ensured comprehensive oversight, logistics, and management systems to meet the demands of this global high-performance sport.
